i resent #4 (%$@#) and am annoyed with #5, which clutters my "friends of friends" list since my real-life friends have nothing to do with my odnoklassnikis:) re #9 and #12, people change and re-evaluate their relationships with the world and themselves. some people truly feel bad for they've done in the past and need to release themselves from that sense of guilt by apologizing:)
